Changes and Cancellation Policy
Must be made 24 hours prior by calling Omega Transportation or ETS Limo
at 800-308-3371 or 800-348-4010. Full fare, including 20% gratuity will be billed if cancellations
occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time or flight arrival. Full fare will be billed if the
passanger(s) fail to be at the designated meeting area.

If you can not locate your driver, immediatley call us at 800-308-3371,
in order to avoid being billed as "no show". Omega Transportation & ETS Limo do not guarantee vehicle availability
or price for reservation changes. If reservation goes over the scheduled time or there are extra stops or any
additional services, additional charges will apply. By placing a reservation, customer agrees to terms and
conditions of limousine rental, airport transfer and/or hourly services. If client is not entirely happy with
the services, it does not constitute any, partial or full refund !
